We had the pleasure of working with Gilmour Plumbing and Gas to fix our leaking shower and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. We rang them yesterday, the receptionist was so lovely to deal with and organised for someone to come our first thing this morning. The guy who came out was extremely knowledgeable and explained in easy terms what was going on and that it was an easy fix which quickly put our minds as ease. Our hot water system busted a pretty major leak - of course it happened over the weekend and while my husband was away. I called Gilmour plumbing in a bit of a panic after hours, and was given some very helpful advice over the phone which helped me to get the issue under control long enough to wait until the Tuesday to have it replaced (thus avoiding a potentially costly after hours job).Lovely young Guy did the job for us - we were very impressed! He was friendly, polite and professional, and had even sorted everything we needed to submit to the Water Corp re: the leak/bill without us even having to ask him to.Would definitely recommend Gilmour plumbing.

Woke up Saturday morning to blocked drains. Called another plumbing company who said it would be a 2 hour wait no worries over 3 hours later no one arrived and hadn't heard from them so I called to cancel and rang Gilmour plumbing when I spoke to Guy who said he could be here within an hour. 15 minutes later he was at my door and an hour later he had fixed all my drains. Contacted Grant regarding getting an old LPG gas oven removed prior to being replaced with electric appliances. The work was done on time and in a professional manner, all the gas lines and fittings for the LPG tanks were removed and blanked off for us as well.
